Eugeni Rebrov was born in Moscow, Russia in July of 1938.
He
attended the University of Fine Art in Moscow.
Upon his arrival in the United States, Rebrov worked in New York
and Los Angeles as a painter.

Rebrov shares the strong legacy of Russian artists. His artwork is
striking with wide, heavy brushstrokes that form composition
incorporating religious thems, and even representing cityscapes.
His powerful colors and brushstrokes are evocative and
otherworldly.
Eugeni Rebrov's love of animals, and his ability to capture each
individual
personality has led to many requests for portraits of
dogs and cats set in classical portraiture, to which this website is
dedicated.
